Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page. The policy may change without notice.
रिटर्न/एक्सचेंज केवल चयनित उत्पादों के लिए उपलब्ध है। रिटर्न की जानकारी वेबसाइट पर उत्पाद पृष्ठ पर उपलब्ध है। नीति बिना सूचना के बदल सकती है।
If pickup is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our office.
यदि आपके स्थान पर हमारे पास पिक-अप सेवा उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो आपको उत्पाद को हमारे कार्यालय के पते पर स्वयं भेजना होगा।
Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy
We accept refund requests if there's a mismatch in size, quality, color, design, or in case of missing/wrong/damaged items in combo orders.
यदि गुणवत्ता, आकार, रंग या डिजाइन में कोई बेमेल है या कॉम्बो ऑर्डर में कोई आइटम गायब / गलत / क्षतिग्रस्त है, तो हम धनवापसी अनुरोध स्वीकार करते हैं।
Once the product is picked up, refund is processed within 5–7 working days via the same payment method.
एक बार उत्पाद उठा लिए जाने के बाद, उसी लेनदेन मोड के साथ अगले 5-7 कार्य दिवसों में धन वापसी की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाती है।
Note for Return
The items should be unused and unwashed.
The product should have the original packaging and tag in place.
Items without the original text/tag will not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (as per product page) will not be accepted.
